Hi, I’m Kendall, and I created Cotto with one goal: I wanted food that tasted amazing and actually made me feel good.

Protein has always helped me feel my best, but most protein snacks didn’t. They were usually filled with gums and additives that upset my gut and left me feeling weighed down.

I realized the issue wasn’t protein. It was the way it was being added.

So I turned to foods that were naturally rich in protein. Cottage cheese always made me feel great, but the texture held it back from being as versatile as it could be. When I tried whipping it, it transformed. It became silky and light, and it turned into the perfect base for the bold, nostalgic flavors I grew up loving, without the additives or fillers that never made me feel my best.

What started as me playing around in my kitchen turned into Cotto: high-protein dips made with simple ingredients, natural protein, and craveable flavor.

No rules, no restricting. Just good food that makes you feel good. Healthy should still feel joyful. And with Cotto, it does.
